We will gladly accept all other returns within 30 days of receipt of your shipment

  • You will need the packing list that came with your order and the credit card used to make the purchase.

  • Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, damaged or defective and it is the only item on the order.

  • Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or return.

  • In the case of shipping damages please contact the carrier or our customer service department.

  • We cannot accept COD for returned merchandise.

  • Credit will always be issued to the same card to which they were charged.

  • Do not return items to by Air Mail – The U.S. Department of Transportation restricts air shipment of hazardous materials items that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft.

  • Promotional items and free items must be returned with the merchandise it was offered with in order for an exchange or refund to be processed. In addition, promotional and free items are non-returnable by themselves.

Retain your tracking number as we will be unable to refund or replace your order without proof of delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days after your package has been delivered for the return to be processed.
